Hello and thank you for visiting my website.

I have enjoyed a career as a full time professional Realtor® in North Idaho since 1999.  During that time, I have had the honor of representing Buyers and Sellers in more than five hundred successful transactions.   

The Coeur d’ Alene area has served as a fantastic host for my family to appreciate Nature and to surround ourselves with Beautiful, Giving and Loving Friends.  My work philosophy is finely tuned to living a balanced life by creating value, learning and appreciating something new every single day and giving back.

Friends and Clients come to me for advice and assistance with many things.  Sometimes it is referring them to a lender for a refinance, or a contractor for home improvements.  Sometimes, they have questions about the community and it seems that even more often, people come to me with what is causing them discomfort.  I love being able to point out areas of opportunity that someone had not seen before and to assist in evaluating the positives and drawbacks with each choice in front of them.  Let’s face it, we buy and sell real estate often times with emotion silently guiding us.  A true trusted advisor enables us to see beyond the limitations of fear by empowering us with information and expanded choice.

My tool belt is full of the greatest technologies available.  I utilize a mix of Science and Art when creating an analysis for a client.  When you have a home to sell, we will sit down together and look at the past two years of Buying Patterns, the time frame that it took to sell, what it will take to Win the Price War and the Beauty Contest and determine how to market your home to sell within your time frame.  We will even preview your competition together to ensure that your home is properly presented. 

Buyer clients enjoy the value analysis that I provide to ensure that they do not pay too much.  And when we include that with an offer, it helps the seller to appreciate where we are coming from if it is less than they anticipated.  I would love to help you to find the best opportunities for investing in Real Estate to generate income for retirement, your children’s college education, and more.  My Investment Property Analysis covers initial investment, expenses, income, rate of return on your initial investment and helps calculate the “Wake Up Money” potential.
